La Belle Place is tastefully renovated farmhouse in the Limousin, central France. The self- catering apartment is on the first floor. Steps leading onto the balcony allow access to the apartment through French windows that lead into the lounge. The gardens surrounding the property cover approximately one and a half acres. Partly set to lawn with attractive borders and shrubberies, there’s also a paddock and a natural garden with a stream surrounding an island of grassland and trees La Belle Place is a first floor apartment with two tastefully decorated bedrooms, a comfortable lounge with dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower cubicle. |

Each bedroom has a comfy double bed. The master bedroom has an east-facing balcony overlooking the paddock - absolutely fabulous in the early morning when the sun streams into the room. The second bedroom faces southwest and onto the main gardens with lawns, flower and shrubbery borders. The lounge and dining area has comfortable seating and is ideal for accommodating up to five people. There’s a satellite TV, stereo player and plenty of books to read and games to play. The bathroom has shower cubicle, wash-hand basin and WC. Downstairs there’s a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. |

The extensive gardens are for the exclusive use of guests. There are two gazebos situated in different areas within the gardens together with a gas BBQ. Each gazebo is large enough for five people to dine out in comfort. Beyond the formal garden is a large area of natural grassland with a stream running through. A bridge leads onto an island of trees and grassland, ideal for strolling around in the cool of a summer evening. There’s seating around the gardens where guests can sit and let the world go by or watch the numerous species of wild birds that are resident in the area. |
